Speaking of the Geelong Show.....
The Geelong Show is the club's largest fundraiser for the year.  Last year we raised over $15000 which was fantastic - enabling us to provide many worthwhile donations and undertake some fabulous service projects (and having some fun at the same time!).
Gary sent everyone an email this week with the roster system and easy to follow instructions to register.
The Royal Geelong Show is on Thursday 19th October - Sunday 22nd October and we have plenty of shifts and roles for everyone.
You might even want to register your friends and family on the same shift as you and double the fun!
For more information contact Adam 0414272260 or Gary Newton.
Walk against Waste  September
Another Walk Against Waste group of 8 picked up rubbish along the Rail Trail today. Lots of rubbish was picked up. Jenny and the group were very impressed by some extremely large bones!
We caught up for coffee at Betty’s Laneways Coffee shop in Wilsons Rd afterwards.
Many thanks to Warren, Warren’s neighbour Julian, Keith D, Bill Bailey, Jenny A and Sue and James D.
Thanks all,
Janine Koch
